Yes.

'I know it's called swastika.ss, but their admins seem friendly enough, so shouldn't we invite conversation?'

The secret police are in the streets. At this point we shouldn't even tolerate right-wing hugbox communities, on otherwise normal instances. A whole server for fascists, labeled 'yes hello we support fascists,' does not get a seat at the table.

A functional court system finding violations of immigration law is not the same thing as green card holders from South America getting snatched off the court steps and shipped to Africa.

If conservatives cared about immigration law, they'd be doing both things, and the number would be higher. But where mere liberals do enforce these laws you may disagree with, conservatives have unmarked vans full of untrained goons slapping paperwork out of brown people's hands to put them in cages in a Florida swamp. The difference is not numeric.

    Yes.

I’ve already blocked the whole instance due to the kind of content sloughing out of it.

Seems effective enough, why defederate altogether?

Yes, given how frequently those comments are about trying to take away people's right to exist.

Should they defederate when we sit here and chant "kill all Nazis" together?

I really don't care what a bunch of Nazis decide on that issue. But yes, I fully support the 'kill all Nazis' topic
