Same where I'm at too, it's irritating!
I (probably) have SAD. I hate the concept of standard time, especially living more up north. it might make more sense down south to have it standard all the time. Kind of cruel that the sun is only up when your at work.

Good article. I had about 17 different things used to track me on there that I now deleted.
They hate nature and anything that causes any amount of joy or happiness.
