Hi, I just wanted to share that in the last 6months-1year an update has been released that changed how automatic brightness works and now the slider doesn't change position automatically when the auto brightness changes the brightness level, making it impossible to manually adjust brightness over a certain level because you "saturate" the slider.

I wanted to know if I was the only one having this issue before submitting it since I'm on a T2 macbook and it could also be a driver issue of some sort.

Hi everyone,

I've been away for a bit for personal reasons, but I'm back with some important updates for Mosaic WM.

First, the GNOME 51 branch has been officially merged. For those who haven't updated the extension yet and are still on GNOME 50, I've created a specific tag to keep things working.

Regarding the core experience, the mosaic layout is now more stable and the system now prioritizes denser layouts. This means windows are more efficiently packed and concentrated in the available space, maximizing your screen real estate.

The most exciting addition, however, is a feature I've been working on: adaptive mini windows. Instead of using small, fixed-size windows, the interface now adapts to optimize screen real estate and provide a much better view of the content whenever possible.

This feature is now available for testing on the main branch. I'd love for you to try it out and let me know what you think!
