Yep. I knew about this because I spent maybe 2 hours on a weekend filling out my ballot and Googling shit as I went.

It's really not that hard and we'd be living in what we'd currently consider a utopia if everyone dedicated a couple hours A YEAR to responsibly filling out their ballot.

Edit: Checked out the trailer for one of the movies filmed in my area in 1986. Recognized a building and found it on Google Earth looking exactly the same. If the next president is a Republican they can dump as much money into whatever the fuck they want and conservatives will fall in line and support it. No matter how wasteful it is. No matter how long it takes.

If the next president is Democrat, they will be held to higher standards, and spending a bunch of tax payer dollars to tear down something that was just built would probably be viewed as unnecessarily wasteful so they probably won't do it. They might repurpose it for actual office work intead of using it as a ballroom for people with small dicks though.
