Not ever too late. They offer a lot of good products for dirt cheap. Don't give up on Gog just because everyone is on the steam dick (myself included). The best part is you own your game from GOG. They give you full offline never online installers for all the games on here.

Vlc sends you the code only and your machine compiles it for install that should make it a smaller download or none at all 😂 not that I think that's a good idea...

Tinfoil hat: The billionaires are all pedos so they make products to make everyone look like children longer so they have more options. The dude on the right legit looks like a child.

Man oh man do I just love this comedy horror that's sorta in the 80s maybe somewhat early 90s vibe. It's got a cool story (a planet is named after one of the creators of DnD) although kinda campy. Two kids find a relic that controls this seemingly ultra powerful magical creature who was once a slave but found said relic long ago and then gained powers from it and took his revenge on those that enslaved him. The kids that found the relic end up, well, being kids and use the relic to control PG and hilarity ensues. The father of the children is a trip, he's just so corny (like one scene he makes a lazy Susan joke because his wife's name is Susan). The battles are totally power ranger-esque (can't be easy fighting with all that crap on), and when PG gives his enemies the honorable death is just frighting. I'd love to see an origin story or something involving PG in the past on another planet and it goes full action horror for a prequel..I think there's sustenance in the story to do so. 9/10 I love it it's fantastic highly recommend a watch. It's slapstick it's horror it's grotesque at times.

Just watched this movie after not seeing it since 2001 at a friend's house and man I forgot how hard the ending really hits. I can see how the whole movie can be so easily relatable even today...made me pretty depressed. As I sit here in bed I'm just filled with emotions of past present and weariness of the future. I should be sleeping since I have to go to my dystopian grind tomorrow morning to scrape by like the rest of us I guess.

Anyways...thoughts on this movie? I give it an 8/10.

    October gaming (lemmy.world)

You wake up it's Saturday October 18 it's 51 degrees outside, cloudy and rainy. The trees colorful leaves are still holding on strong and fortunately there's not much wind today. You make yourself your favorite breakfast and morning drink and sit down at your cozy computer setup. "I'm going to relax and play games all day today" you say to yourself. You pack a bowl of the finest marijuana and take just a sipple of a hit..just enough to relax. You press power on your computer tower and the whirl of fans begin. Your monitor boots up and you login...all of a sudden...your browser window automatically pops up and a video starts automatically playing.. it's the 1998 video of when The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer's table.... You pass out from excitement. You begin to slowly wake and all of a sudden you hear a cart being pulled by a horse and you see a Nordic man looking at you...his mouth covered by a handkerchief. "Welcome to Skyrim" the words appear out of thin air floating before your eyes.

So I was wondering why ALT+Z to remove UI was no longer working, I had to change the hotkey but ive been using that hotkey since 2004 and it felt bad to do so I investigated and found out that AMD's software has a hotkey system that unless you disable it will mess up wows hotkeys for whatever reason. Disabling this fixed it!
