    They sold 43,000 of them.

    Chevy sold 7,400 EV Silverados.

Ford sold under 100,000 F150 Lightnings total over 3 years.

Ford sells 75,000 F150s a month. EV is contrary to pickup culture.

Gotta keep the Boomers fed until they die. Did the foreign buyers ban drop housing prices? Nope. Just ended up with more empty condos no one wants, because they were never designed to be actually lived in, just used as a speculation tool.

This is a $2.8M a dose drug for a rare genetic disease. 7 kids now have reported tumors. That's not the story. They story is:

The cases, which for the moment are being seen as only a potential safety signal, were publicized on Thursday by an advocacy group and on a Facebook page after Novartis earlier this week disclosed the information to neurologists.

Where was the FDA, that agency actually responsible for drug safety? A FACEBOOK PAGE? SERIOUSLY?

NeuralCIM is a version of erythropoietin (EPO) that only acts in the brain to increase a critical factor called BDNF, brain-Derived Neurological factor. BDNF promotes neo neurogenesis, new neurons to replace dying neurons in human brain. EPO is a very successful drug to promote red blood cell growth, but scientists knew the brain was full of EPO receptors, which have nothing to do with blood generation. If you give a patient too much EPO, their blood will dangerously thicken. See doping scandals in pro cycling early 2000s. But this version of EPO is taken through the nose right into brain, proven effective, just ask any cocaine addict.

The ATHENEA trial in 2023 concluded there was strong benefits of this drug in early-med Alzheimer, without severe adverse events. This is holding true since the trial, reported in 2025. This is in contrast to two US FDA approved Alzheimer drugs, Adumanucab and Leqembi, both of which have a high risk of inducing brain bleeding and death. Adumanucab has already been discontinued. Leqembi is US$400,000 a year per patient. The actual efficacy of Leqembi is "controversial". The cost of NeuralCIM: $25 for 10 doses. It is delivered intranasally.

So where are the media good news stories, why can't the world get this drug? Surely, at least one prominent American could use this drug.

The trick is in the name, CIM: Centro de Immuniologica Molecular. This is a Cuban research institute that famously developed a potent meningitis vaccine before anyone else. US Tourists are travelling to Cuba to buy this drug, prompted by US neurologists.

The caveat for ATHENEA was only 60 people in each test group, which established statistical significance over 4 years of trial, but the drug is now in the real world in Cuba and and we can expect large number data in a few more years.

It's a ironic that a treatment for Alzheimer is available only on an island under siege since 2025. We won't even go into why Adumanucab and leqembi were ever approved. BDNF is important for many neurological diseases.
