What do you mean "no one would want stock android"?
That's the whole selling point of the Pixel serie phones. No 3rd party bloat or unwanted features, quick updates, etc.

The main question was, what other alternatives do we have. Based on your comment, sounds like there are no reputable alternatives. I couldn't name one either.
In the linked article no one suggests attacks on civilians. Rather it reads as a way to avoid unnecessary casulties.
What a clickbait headline.
is this asking too much from users?
Installing a browser extension for one site? From usability point of view, how is that any different than installing an app for each service/company?
I wouldn't, but obviously there seems to be many people who install an app for everything.
Are you sure they don't already have more rigorous controls? I took my driving exam in a small town middle of the nowhere and can now legally drive anywhere, even major cities with traffic.
I would never trust a self driving car which passed ONLY that exam.
The best method is the one you can stick to.
What works great for me, is boring to another one. Even if I have the most optimal way of learning, if you abandon that, you won't learn anything.
That said, the availability of podcasts, videos, online courses, AI for checking your output, asking follow-up questions, and having real time conversations, are all tools we could have only dreamed of even 10 years ago. Even if people here dismiss the use of AI, it will get you up to CEFR B2/C1 level easily.
Same here. Couldn't imagine typing math formulas without the pen on screen. And math was part of close to all the courses in one form or another.
Not me, but I work with people who do (or could do) that.
To cut it short, in my field, software development, there are a lot of consultant companies which enlist regular SW engineers and basically rent them to other companies looking for (mostly) temporary help in their projects.
These consultant companies have lots of connections and I would imagine would be more likely to find you remote only gigs than through regular job channels. At least my company requires some weekly office presence for the permanent employees, but basically has no enforced requirements for the temporary consultants.
I guess it depends also, do you already have a skillset, or are you going to choose a trade based on the remote work opportunities?
At least in Finland the ex-politicians usually become lobbyists, public speakers and leaders in private organizations.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was similar in France.
How would you do away with the wolves today, if the non-wolves could become wolves tomorrow?
I don't see that as a possible option at all.
Which part contradicts what the engineers or scientists think?
I bought an expensive e-bike exactly 2 years ago. Here the public transport costs 70 €/month. The bike hasn't quite paid for itself yet, but it's getting close!
Have you tried communicating directly to her "I want to do this, and I want to do it with you. Please join me because this is a way I enjoy spending time with you"?
This especially applies to all relationships. I recall I didn't realise it when I was young.
But of course this requires that both of you get it, not just you alone.
ja työtarjouksen menettäminen yhden vastaamattoman puhelun vuoksi on harmillista.
Tuskinpa kukaan menettää työtarjousta sen takia. Jos sen sijaan ei itse soita takaisin, en ihmettele.
I have been lucky enough not to be on the applicant's seat often, but I've interviewed others. Few times someone has asked for feedback, and it is basically always the same (I will just find nice words to express it):
There is only one opening, and someone else did slightly better than you in the interview.
Is there a way to try out both and see which one the child prefers? Maybe the clubs have some open door events in the autumn?
I did karate and judo around that age. It was mostly about games and having fun. Not really about the techniques etc. Definitely not about self defense or things adults relate these kind of sports to.
It is done, but apparently district heating is not commonplace everywhere in the World.

In Finland everyone can go to the tax office and see the incomes of everyone (with a ~1.5 years delay, i.e. 2023 is the latest today).
I know what my colleagues and friends make. I think the only thing it would affect is, that if I felt that I was making less than I should, I would start looking for a new job.
The tracking aspect also creates a mental barrier for food intake. If snacking is a bit tedious because you need to write it down, there's a larger chance you really think about eating something or not.
Finland (Suomi) basically means a swamp (suo).
If you look at the etymology, there are other explanations of the origins, but a modern person would associate the name with a swamp. I guess it makes sense with all the lakes.
