Was that something that fans actually did? I only watched the show twenty years later, and the Jack/Sam relationship tension felt forced.

this ship design makes so much sense though. separates the whomever with the whomever and we can all hang out in the shaft, or as we like to call it, black jeffrey's tube.

Rant time: it drives me nuts that they went out of their way to separate Terran Human and Forerunners into separate but related lines instead of humans being descendants of the Forerunners as originally intended only for them to have the Forerunners just decide to bury their McGuffin on Earth.

Why would they need to vaporate moisture on a desert planet where the only moisture is vapor in the air? Maybe Vaporator is a brand name? Lucas must be made to answer this

Similar to an eel in that it was largely misunderstood and undiscovered until relatively recently?

My favorite, rarely discussed, fun fact about Freud is that he was originally a marine biologist trying to be the first person to find eel genitalia. After like 20 years of failing at that he gave up and moved on to the far simpler task of enumerating the human condition

For those out of the loop, scientists were puzzled for centuries about how eels reproduce because they couldnt find any with genitals. Obviously we know they must have them though. Within the last 5-10 years we finally discovered that eels dont grow their genitals until their final stage of life (after like 40-60 years), when they return to the Sargasso sea to breed and then die. They dont even eat in their final stage. Just 100% focused on fucking and dying. We first had to figure out that they breed exclusively in the Sargasso before we could finally understand how they work, and find eels that had their genitals

    1. Even if she were (not to imply she isn’t), I think it’s fair to not want to show off all your business to the world. Plus, there might have been network censors or something trying to keep it PG rated

    2. It’s not dissimilar to that of an eel or large salamander. Or so I hear
