How do we determine what is right from which perspective?

Do we follow top down or bottom up? What about issuing a directional rule based on the black Jeffrey’s tube, like our common right hand rules?

it's the one on the right if you look top down with the black Jeffrey's tube sticking straight out.

yeah common right hand rule I guess.

in this picture, from this perspective, it's the one on the left. but it's the right nut.
