The Covenant from the Halo video games.

They consider humans demons and want to exterminate us. They will glass the whole planet if humans are found on it.

    Rant time: it drives me nuts that they went out of their way to separate Terran Human and Forerunners into separate but related lines instead of humans being descendants of the Forerunners as originally intended only for them to have the Forerunners just decide to bury their McGuffin on Earth.
