So, galactic racer is more involved campaign wise just because of the roguelite element, it's also decently difficult but does have difficulty options.

Galactic racer is also more deep in the variety of vehicle load outs, there are full on brawler racing styles in this one where you are actively taking people out using ion cannons, consussion mines, etc.

The start can seem brutal, but as you unlock and upgrade your ship, you can beat the AI by 20 seconds at times.

Overall, it's replaced the n64 game for me as the best star wars racer.

Only took 20 some years lol

I'm pretty disappointed in my fellow PC users.

We're supposed to be at least a little tech savvy.

Linux isn't even hard to use, heck it's been easier for me than windows the last few months.

93% of gamers aren't using Adobe, what's the excuse everyone?

Have some courage, and then laugh about ever worrying about switching.

Except that the US and multiple organizations have conducted research on voter fraud and guess what it's .003% of voting AND it's nearly always the people clamoring for the ID.

    Don't believe the bullshit.

Don't be ignorant on purpose, there is no reason for a voter ID law.

Here you want the sources you lazy ass?

We have the data on how often this happens, spoiler, it doesn't, who does it, almost exclusively republicans, and how it happens generally, which is dead relatives.

The call is coming from inside the home!

    Hey everyone.

This is an impromptu rant I made about wtf are we even talking about with success these days.

I was just browsing videos when I came acrossed a video from inside gaming.

I was kinda stunned by how badly the video was made, and how many points were either wrong, or just straight up insane.

Arc Raiders made at least $500,000,000 on a budget of $75 million. That's a wild success anywhere in the world, but since it wasnt an inginite CS2 level success it's called a failure multiple times.

How are we even measuring success anymore?

I know the game obviously has had its issues and all that, from the cheaters to figuring out exactly what the game needs content cadence wise.

But this trend of calling a game that sold 16 million units, so $500 mil, on a budget of $75 mil is wild.

I get that 30,000 steam players per day isn't the 300,000 from launch, but it's damn good and still likely more than embark expected.

What exactly is our measurement for success?

    I think it's a solid base!

There are unfortunately plenty of bugs which I did expect being a pre test to an early access. Hopefully as Bulkhead said they can get the bugs ironed out.

The link is a YouTube short I made of a few day one experiences that stuck out. The sense of community is already there (when the voice chat works 🙄).
