Humans are quite good at parsing meaning. Typos, edits, autocorrect, dyslexia, all get in the way of perfect grammar but if we can understand it it doesn't really matter.

Remove the word "so" and it's perfectly legible. Clearly a remnant of their original phrasing which they tweaked before hitting submit on the comment.

A matter of opinion that is

Not sure if it is the case here as another comment said it could be congenital, but multiple facelifts also cause this. You can see it in some older actors/famous people, although recently (last decade or so) it's been better 'hidden' with the use of fillers.

That's over a much longer time period tbf. In the last 1000 years alone we've had the Swedes, the Danes, the Poles, the Holy Roman Empire, Russians (both in imperial and soviet variants), nazi Germany for 3 years, etc.
