Thanks for recommending it, I'll give it a try. I don't care if AI is used to make it, if anything that could make it better because cost of production is lower meaning they don't have to do shitty things like putting ads and fake jobs.

I care about whether AI is being used to create fake jobs which is why Indeed and LinkedIn are now completely unusable. AI recruiter questions should be illegal. Not to mention I kept getting job recommendations on Indeed for things that require 5+ years of experience in Radiology for instance even though my background doesn't fit that at all.

If someone is already using AI at work then it's already done, the company doesn't need to hire anyone new if they have their existing employees using AI. They are requiring each employee to work harder using AI so they don't have to hire anyone else, shutting everyone out, and now we are beginning to see layoffs at various tech/finance companies.
