No conflict of interest there. /s
I was looking at fastmail and they seem to allow a lot of custom domains.
I'm looking at fastmail at the moment. It's one of the older privacy focused so it might be an option for you?
I'm in the process of doing the same thing. I've canceled but I'm half way through a two year plan. So I have some time to move to a different location. I hooked a lot of things to this email address.
Yeah. I was going to ride it out but then they decided to go full stupid so I've jumped ship. Ain't going down with them.
Everything he touches dies. lol
The only other secure location I have heard is Tuta Mail but I have seen reports that they also use AI with their source code but the difference between Tuta Mail and Proton is that Tuta Mail hasn't pushed their devs so hard or called them losers for worrying about security issues. I think the biggest complaint right now about Proton is the fact that their CEO doesn't respect his people and is chasing money instead of taking care of the non-profit and their securty minded customers. If you're just looking for an email that just doesn't scan your stuff with AI and things like that, Port87.com might suit your needs.
Thanks for the link. It looks interesting!
From my understanding the software is able to be decentralized but from what I see most people don't. They're blocking it on their instance. So theoretically two different bluesky instances can share between each other but the bsky.app won't.
Two possible theories:
- Schema-based thinking with collective re-enforcement.
- (more entertaining) CERN accident
lol. Yeah, that was a thought of mine to but the writer does provide some decent "details" lol
In catholic literature (and I think protestant) demons can understand and be repelled/summoned by phrases in Latin. A common symbol for Satan and demons are black goats and goats in general. So the joke is that he is messing up latin and inadvertantly summoning demons into his house.
