Honestly, much more brutal laws against creeping and actual enforcement to make it a huge risk for some shoddy spank-bank deposits, would have people going "I'm not risking even wearing those" and the company suffering. Bottomlines are all that make things change anymore.
EvE Online It was LIFE, and I love the game....nothing like it and it is NOT for everyone. When I finally freed myself from it...I'd never go back and never suggest others do. It is life consuming.
4.5k hours and 100% (content and achievements as of the Motorcycles update, when I mostly stopped playing)...I also don't recommend it. Great game, fun to have in my state because I can sit and play for an hour and have a blast and put it down...but it has too much random little crap that vampires your time when you don't have anything. Also, powercreep and TONS of trash content that is pseudo mandatory (arching, etc)
