I used to think that looked boring af but grew to love it on a trip to England. Some hotels did it better than others. I also discovered HP brown sauce! Loved dipping sausage in that stuff. I even miss back bacon now

To pass the test, a healthcare facility needed to mask the patient and put them in an isolation room. Ideally, the masking would occur within a minute or less of the patient walking in, and isolation would occur in 10 minutes or less. For this drill, both masking and isolation were enough to pass, regardless of timing.

Of course that would be ideal, but realistically this expectation is kind of impossible. Like it’s a busy ED… It takes a while for walk-ins to get sorted and checked in. Not to mention healthcare workers are often overworked and understaffed. We do our best, but as an RN who also works ED, I am so not surprised by the 40% failure rate.

Where I work, the first point of contact for walk-ins is registration, who are not medically trained. They would then tell the triage nurse the acuity of the patient. So for someone who comes in looking like the flu, it’s most likely going to be a wait to be seen.

I’ve never had the Costco one, but coincidentally I was looking at that sauce before finding this recipe. I hope you like it! At the least, it should provide a base to work with for any adjustments. For me, the right consistency was the priority. I didn’t want a smooth thick creamy sauce (like ranch) lol

  • Cilantro Lime Sauce [Recipe] (www.thatsavagekitchen.recipes)

The cilantro lime crema is the kind with this consistency:

Making it is super easy. You just need a blender. Goes great with burritos, tacos, fries, veggies, etc😁

    INGREDIENTS
    Yields ~24 oz of sauce:

    1 ¼ cups sour cream

    3 jalapeños, roasted

    3 small limes, juiced

    1 cup cilantro

    1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder, or 2 cloves of garlic

    1 tsp cumin

    Pinch of salt to taste

Ooh that sounds interesting. I’m usually one to go for the traditional. There are some with fillings too, but I usually find those too sweet. I think I’d like cinnamon and cayenne! The spice combo reminds me of Mexican mocha:)
