Granted. The driving force for human advancement ceases and technological progress grinds to a halt. Hedonism grips the population and the long term rewarding efforts such as art are abandoned in favor of revelry. There is endless pleasure yes, but no satisfaction.

Granted.. They all die from inhaling nitrous oxide. Haha.

Granted, every sentient being immediately dies so they can no longer suffer

Granted, emotions have been removed due to the likelihood of emotional suffering. All fatal diseases and injuries are now immediately fatal regardless of initial onset duration.

Granted.

Everyone, everywhere; from those on death's door from age or illness down to fetuses with enough nervous system to feel anything have a sudden cessation of pain, depression, anxiety, or other forms of suffering.

They then begin non stop orgasms that, despite slowly staving to death and dehydrating, leave them in total bliss until they die.

Everything capable of suffering dies.

The few things that fit the latter condition die of starvation, some time later.
