My wife thinks I'm the only person who would even think that.

She's a Buff Orpington, and all of our other hens have pun names like "Annie Yolkly", "Stevie Chicks", "Ruth Bader Ginsbird", "Princess Layer", etc...which makes it even worse.

Growing up we had two roosters called Rufus and Roscoe. Human names for chickens is funny and I'm sorry but I have to agree with your wife too
