Signs are not looking good for the provincial election. Not that I think the BCNDP earned Surrey's vote for another term, but Doug McCallum's municipal win there makes me think the Metro Vancouver Green vote will propel the Conservatives to power in those Fraser Valley races that were very competitive last time.
