Paterson said everyone on council has been asked about Trump's latest move and how they intend to reply.

"The overwhelming sentiment is that it's not worth even responding," said Paterson. "It's not worth wasting our time. The best thing we can possibly do is just ignore the silliness."

In fairness, it said nothing about stopping for signs that say stop for pedestrians. I got off my bike and tried to right it, but I think the metal is bent at the base from a forceful collision.

Looks like they'll be tearing up a section of Princess from Division to Albert, mostly to upgrade sewers for all the new buildings that have gone up around there. But they will also upgrade cycling infrastructure and what not while they're at it.

Providence is running a new study on treatments for major depression.

This family of studies (Can-Bind, https://canbind.ca/) is pretty cool; the goal is to identify biomarkers to predict treatment response. In short, they're hoping to find a blood test that will predict what treatment will work best for you. No more 40-year epic journeys of trying one thing after another.

It's that time of year when the turtles are nesting. Saw this one was off the side of the K&P Trail this morning. If you're cycling or driving on rural roads, please be careful. For whatever reason, they like to come up onto trails and roads when they do this.
