Yeah buddy, you probably don't want discord for legal reasons. Discord gains perpetual copyright to reuse anything you upload to their servers. Best way is self hosted or a service like slack if you don't want to hassle with servers.

Always question G*d though, who knows what he did to be censored like that.

Didn't they remove pinball from Windows?

You are again tied up to the VPS provider in the same way you are tied up to you ISP so there's not going to be too much privacy there. A VPN like that is useful for using it for other purposes such as playing LAN games, placing your other hosted services behind it as an additional security measure or getting access to multiple servers that don't have public access (such as your home lab behind a NAT). But it doesn't annonymize you the way VPN providers "claim" they annonymize you.

Plex uses a centralized auth system? Why would anyone even use this, it seems like a huge privacy issue.

the only thing i don't get is why they were speaking about popOS so much? is popOS really that big of a distro?

Seems a bit high but on par with rest of Europe

What is this magical place where saying you do layoffs lowers the stock price. I'd like to go there.

I wish I had a cubicle

OP said gentler, not please destroy my pinky (jokes aside emacs is great but there's a lot to configure)

Suddenly, the perk of being given a phone at work is not as good as it might seem.

Since when is a work phone a perk. They have horrible battery performance, only function between 9 and 5 and call quality is absolute fuckin shit.

60% of the time it works all the time.
