Ditch 'NATO' (It's dead Jim) military spending requirements via % of GDP, Europe just needs enough the fend off a Russia

Trump's biggest complaint about NATO is the lack of spending commitments from other countries, but realistically why should the other powers spend money on defense when, entirely of their own volition, the US seems to cover it all? This is what the Republicans cannot answer, they chose to spend eye watering amounts of money on their own military, no one forced them to do this, they could have funded social care but instead they went with more bombs.

All of their complaints should be referred back to their own policy decisions.

Because most car companies want vehicles they can sell outside of North America and most other countries have laws.

If you want to innovate you still have to make sure that the vehicle meets minimum standards for things like materials, edge angle, position of bumpers, lighting design (none of this let's use the brake lights as indicators nonsense), and weight restrictions. The cybertruck violates all of them.

So they are ending production of the vehicle nobody wanted in order to replace it with production of the vehicle no one will buy. Yeah I wouldn't be getting into Tesla stock right now.

Why don't they just make more cars the people actually want?

    It's called the conservative promise.

They constantly trying to argue that Labour don't have a grip on the economy while simultaneously making everybody else poorer.

Apparently conservative votes are happy with Kemi's performance. I assume that is because they have low standards and don't have anyone better.

If you are being replaced by immigration workers who are prepared to accept low wages go report that to the relevant authorities because that's illegal.

It kind of sounds like you're trying to shill for the racists, who absolutely do not have any kind of point.

Hanging flags on lamps post does not make you a patriot, it just makes you an idiot.

Reddit's problems started before the recent increase of capability in AI.

It started with all the AMA stuff, then the API BS convinced a lot of people to leave and that was before AI bots were really a thing. In the olden days when moderation was still being done the bots would have been eliminated, via various measures, but now no one cares, and it makes it look like the site is more active than it really is so the admins are not that bothered either.

I still use the same app to access Lemmy me that I did to access Reddit. There's zero reason for me to go back.

It's been declining for years but I guess they felt that they needed to accelerate things.
