I hate getting my hands dirty, or touching anything even remotely slimy or greasy. Washing the dishes is hell for me (which is why I've insisted on having a dishwasher for 20 years now). When there is something that needs to be hand-washed, my wife will usually do it for me.

She can't stand the vacuum cleaner. Or chopping up food. Or overhead florescent lights. Or processes that take more than 3 steps. So, I do all of the vacuuming, the cooking, the shopping, etc.

Now, if only one of us could handle crowds...

I've done this. Told them up front what my current salary was. Tild them directly they could meet or beat it and we'd be good. Went through weeks of interviews.

They offered me a $20k per year lower salary than what I was making. Because that was their salary for my region.

I told them that was unacceptable. That I was uo front about the minimum I'd accept. They countered with a $15k paycut.
