Climate change will make the planet uninhabitable for humans.

No it won't and not a single credible study claim otherwise.

One group of people claims the entire thing is a hoax and another thinks it's going to make humans go extinct. Classic example of both being wrong.

Why is it that we can't just accept bad things as bad but we need to add color to everything and pretend it's even worse than it actually is. Spreading this kind of misinformation causes an immense amount of pointless anxiety in people.

I disagree. I have few canisters of water stored for emergencies in the cellar and I very much own them and if someone were to steal them I could call the police and they'd treat is as my property.

I said clearest sound. Yes, Shure SM7B is widely considered to be among the best at that. If you're producing an audio product then it makes zero sense to buy an inferior microphone just because it looks better. That's entirely missing the point of the format.

I'm not anti-AI in any shape or form but even I acknowledge that those companies are overvalued. I don't remember ever seeing anyone claiming otherwise. Least of all here. I'm sure you can find people like that but I don't hang where those people do.

However I do disagree about the implication that the bubble has somehow now shown to have been actual. It's not. No actual crash has happened. Also, many people seem to be under the impression that the bubble bursting would somehow make AI go away. That I disagree with as well.

I've been self-employed for 3 years now and have been getting by with a shitty floor light. Now I finally decided that it was time to commit and invest those 45 euros on a proper one.

This is so much better than the one I had before. I can actually see what I'm doing here without needing to constantly adjust the light and move it to a better position. Why did I torture myself these 3 years with it. Same deal with the wall sander there. Should've bought it the first time I got a major drywall job. I never learn.

It seems that whenever lying is being discussed people are quick to come up with justifications for why it's okay in certain situations, the classic one being that you were served food that you didn't like but when asked said that you did.

This seems to assume that the other people in fact would have preferred the lie over the truth. So I ask: when do you yourself prefer the lie?

Did my best to try and make sure it actually lasts instead of just looking good on the surface for the first few years.
