Once again, the problem is less so Trump and more so the millions of evil automatons who would support this either at home or by pulling the triggers when told to do so. He's really the perfect American leader too, that's why he's so morally repugnant and disgusting in other ways.

I don't, but it's mostly because I don't want much/consumption is not fulfilling for me. My wife is somewhere in the middle, even if she enjoys new things way more than me, but we're financially privileged all in all so we're alright.

They didn't even do a basic dictionary/Google/ChatGPT search, they didn't even try to get the definition so they knew what that word meant. It's not a lack of education, it's a complete disinterest in it, even opening the dictionary is simply too much for these folks. Whoever is in this position is more beast than man.

I never said it was a choice, evidently they lost their freedom for being very real dangers to society (and because ostracizing these folks is no longer in fashion, I guess). I said they can use that moment to reflect, make the best of it and all. And whilst you're right, solitude in jail is rare, they'd still have fewer distractions whilst incarcerated which would in turn allow for moments of reflection, right? I assume being bored/underestimulated is just the default in prison, and that tells me there's a lot of time they could spend in deep thought... but do correct me if I'm wrong, I don't have any experience and very little knowledge regarding prison.

They'll most likely taste Hell regardless, but at least in confinement with other men 1) they won't be raping women whilst inside; 2) they'll have the time to reflect on their actions and maybe repent, make a complete change and never do it again. Like, it's possible, and solitude in particular is great for this kind of mental and spiritual growth.
