But its not just not increasing, it is decreasing, more older people less younger people will lead to a million other problems aswell. And who but young people actually try to improve the world, is the next generation and educating them well not the best and easiest way to shape tomorrow?

And don't make it so simple you know its not, humans don't just suck or are just bad or good, they are the result of uncountable amount of factors. If 100% of humanity would vote for trump it would show a big issue but the root of that issue isn't just that humans suck, and thinking that way is just giving into your negative feelings and doesn't improve the situation at all. Cheering on population collapse is ridiculous, should we really just stop existing if we could easily have some balls and make it work. A great future is possible loosing that hope is giving up out of weakness

Im not crying about anything. As you say yourself the issue is not our populations number, if we would life more efficiently we could easily support a much bigger population. Population collapse will also be terrible for almost every country on earth, the idea the human=bad= and thus less humans=good should've died on reddit long ago

Also if you think most of the 8 billion of us are "fucking horrible" then it seems you don't have a very rational view on humanity

I want minimum latency as I play competitive games and am very sensitive to it. Hyprland has hdr support which is a must for me and on paper should support vrr and tearing aswell. With VRR I had occasional issues but something like tearing was impossible to get working for some reason, kde plasma should do both well but I have gotten used to tiling window managers and don't really want to give that up.

So id like to know about your setup if you have gotten something like tearing to work or other recommendations.

EDIT: I went back to KDE Plasma and was able to confirm that direct scanout and tearing work, i used window rues to force it for specific games, i also use https://codeberg.org/anametologin/Krohnkite which allows tiling on plasma. Its not as beautiful as hyprland but meets me demands

Overwatch is a generally well running game both on win and linux but it suffers from bad shader compilation.
I was wondering if there are any fixes for this specific issue, overwatch has an experimental dx12 mode which is supposed to run better once shaders are compiled for the first time but in my experience theres massive added latency in dx12, im not sure what causes it or if there is a work around for that. Right now i use a custom game (Code: 929PJ) and follow the instructions of the creator which are to delete shader cache and let the custom game run afterwards.
If i dont do this the game stutters heavily every boot and having to run this custom game for every map everytime i want to play with a smooth experience is extremely annoying.
Are there any fixes you know or is this up to the devs?

Do you have any minigames in mind that you used to like which you cant play anywhere anymore? Suggest them here, from these suggestion we will hold a vote and recreate the minigame, open source it and host it!

As an example we already remade a basic version of the old Cores and BowBash. To discuss or for more information you can chat in the Matrix space or come try the modes on goodoldmc.com
