What’s insane to me, is how people keep agreeing to the surveillance madness and we have reached this level at all.
But look how cute that avatar looks like. It couldn't do anything bad, look at it ...
No seriously, dressing it up as something happy and cute was an evil genious decision.
I dunno how genius it was. It seems pretty obvious to me. Definitely evil, but let's not give them too much credit.
Anyone who touches this even with a ten foot pole deserves any and all consequences. In 2026 there's no excuses left.
Meta spent years demonstrating what happens when you trust it with personal data. Now it wants your email, password vault and bank login too. Calling that an AI assistant doesn’t make it less absurd.
Okay but have you considered the fun and non-offensive corporate Memphis monster branding?
I mean, look at that thing! It’s practically begging to have your back password, as a treat!
BonziBuddy was a thing just before the dotcom bubble burst. Just saying.
They even look the similar.
I hope people don't actually give this thing agency while it's in its infancy
If Meta gives you something, you should assume as much.
In other news... water makes things wet
Those commercials where Muse is autonomously rescheduling flights, baby sitters, etc... While the user unknowingly relaxes nearby are insane. Who would ever want that?
These execs are so out of touch. They have human personal assistants wipe their ass for them and think everyone else wants their phones to do the same.
i'm not comfortable with giving any of my data to meta.
The thing that literally invites people to your home with a lowball offer on your behalf when you try to sell something?
