I asked an LLM to simulate this thread

    But... why?

Lol you're missing out on the galactic orgy crumbum.

And trump didn't just die, he died on a toilet. OR he was given 500 years of life to serve a 400 year prison sentence.

Also also, this thread is for fun. Do you know what fun is?

You're allowed to use your brain instead of letting a machine do your thinking for you

This is actually a fair use of an LLM. Nobody's going through this thread to make a stack of headlines, but the AI summary here is kinda neat. And that's from someone who generally loathes AI giving me a summary.

No thinking required here as is demonstrated by said machine accurately predicting major part of the responses to this thread, including yours. This is nothing but a roll-call for people to come parrot and upvote the popular, broadly accepted talking points.

    No thinking required here

    Yeah you demonstrated that

Yeah! So how about you go through this thread and make headlines out of the most popular responses. Sound like a PITA you wouldn't do in the first place? Y'all acting like this was a school assignment and OP cheated. 🙄

Also completely unnecessary. Nobody required anybody to summarize the thread. Stop being contrarian.

Technically speaking, no comment is necessary and few are solicited. I found it a bit amusing, you didn't. No big deal either way. Bonus! OP wasted yet more AI compute for free, hastening the AI downfall but a trillion small cuts. I'm fine with that.

    (This comment unnecessary and unsolicited.)

It wasn't a summary of this thread. I gave it the title and the platform and asked it to come up with the most predictable responses. It never saw what was already written here. Also, I'm paying 30 euros a month to use said AI.

This isn't something any of us would have been thinking about compiling in the first place. Using an LLM in this case made a cool list. Everyone here acting like you cheated on a school test that required thought.

If we wanted to see LLM responses, we wouldn't be here but in a chatbot window...

You only know it's an LLM because I told you so. The content itself is in perfect alignment with the rest of the comments here. Just highlights how unsurprising and predictable the responses here actually are. I could've picked any of those and posted it here, without mentioning the source, and I would've been showered with upvotes. This isn't a difficult game to play which is why I'm not even playing.

You do realise all that stuff was made up by other people and the AI didn't make anything up, right?

It produced response one way or another. Is there something wrong with it content-wise? Because even in the case of it being a direct quote taken from somewhere else, it would only further make my point: this place being a caricature of itself to the point that articles are being written about it.
