    If someone is driving drunk and runs into a tree, it's their fault. I don't care if they're the victim. They made shitty choices, and choices that endanger others at that.

    No, victim blaming isn't bad every time.

    A drunk driver hitting a tree is not a victim. The tree would be the victim in this case.
