There are geographical differences. Locally i can only see larger adoption in music and software industry. Everywhere else there are just low tier chatbots doing really simple customer service stuff.

AI industry needs the "average Joe" to get dependant on his personal agent that his paying for. I'm not seeing that yet on any level.

Yes, but he free tier becomes too expensive to maintain and they have to end it or restrict it, AI will have much harder time to get properly mainstream.
