More or less the same game is also available as https://elect.horse/ (from the creators of https://enclose.horse/).
As someone in another thread pointed out, The Onion already called that one...

Alternative to skill, you can solve this problem with money.
USB-C "trigger cables" that have the hardware to request a voltage from the supply and a barrel jack on the other end are common enough, and available in most of the standard voltages: https://www.adafruit.com/product/5450
For more money, you can have ones that support PPS mode (3.3 - 48V in 0.1V steps) from a compatible supply, and a dozen interchangeable cables (including centre negative): https://werewolf.us/collections/werewolf-products
There may also be an overlap with models called "digital signage displays", depending on brand.
They can be great because they're warrantied for 24/7 use, unlike the regular kind. But otherwise are just a display, all TV capability gone, and the smart features are limited to centralised remote control over the network.
The Samsung ones we use at work for the likes of CCTV are so stripped down they don't even have the ability to update their firmware over the network. Gotta load that onto a USB drive.
One of the DLC options for it plays Ride of the Valkyries, which also feels appropriate.
I really hope the improved modding actually pans out.
Every time I tried, having any number of mods would blow out the launch time of the game from 20 seconds to about 7 or 8 minutes, and it would crash far more often than was useful. Hardly useful when you want to constantly change things to try them out, I went back to playing vanilla because the experience was just better.
Would be nice to play the game again with all the silly things enabled. Once you've beaten it through every ending without, you just end up wanting to have some fun with it.
I had an older VW Golf I put a bargain-basement Sony 2DIN Android Auto unit into, and had 10 years of trouble-free use out of.
Better still, when I sold the car I put the original VW CD changer and tape deck back in, then sold that headunit to a colleague for a third of what I paid for it.
I rented a Mazda CX-5 a couple of years ago that only had carplay. Probably would have been a 2022 or 2023 model?
I checked Mazda's website at the time and both were in fact available on some trim levels, but the rental-spec one clearly not so much.
Such a bogus limitation, especially where they've clearly already written the code to support both. Outside of wireless vs wired options there's not going to be wholesale changes in the hardware.
The source code to their random number generator was leaked earlier today:
Indirectly.
Home Assistant is taking a weighted average of 4 sensors (this one at only 20% of the total) and using that to play tricks on the heat pump. So it caused only around a 1.2°C difference in the value that matters.
Of course it's a nice spring day today and I have all the doors and windows open, so that heat pump is on fan-only mode anyway.
I think I may need to do something similar.
At this time of year, sun coming through the skylight hits the temperature sensor in the dining room for an hour or so each day.
