Was al klant, als backup rekening. Toen kwam er ineens “u moet zich nogmaals identificeren “ met een of andere gezichtscan app. No fucking way. Dus ik probeerde op te zeggen. Dat kon niet zonder in te loggen en inloggen kon niet zonder identificatie wat ik niet wilde dus wilde opzeggen… je ziet het cirkeltje. Uiteindelijk na heel veel gezeur aan de telefoon waarin ik vrij expliciet ben geweest de rekening opgezegd.
Krijg ik het jaar erop ineens een enveloppe met dat er 1,41 ofzo is bijgeschreven aan rente. Omg. Die krijg ik de rest van mn leven denk ik.
I was doing 70-80 kmh at some of the harder patches and was regularly overtaken by guys going mucccch faster. Was surprised by the difference. Also saw some guys flying ; ending in a field or the water hahaha.
Haha yeah i got a lot of weird looks and compliments, that was pretty cool :)
Hi! I live in The Netherlands so so far NL, Belgium and Germany. TET is nice. And in Germany went to Hechlingen for a few days enduro training, that was intens!

I didn’t really know what to expect but the average bike was a KTM300 or smaller. A lot of farm land, mud, sand, some ramps, forest drives. A lot of fun! And really really tiring!

I used millers durum wheat flour instead of more course whole grain . Left if overnight in the fridge to prove but didn’t read the recipe correctly so did the shaping after the fridge instead of before haha. Still turned out good! It’s a bit less sour than the last one. I’m very happy :)

Batch 2:
First sourdough after a few years. Got out a bit flatter than i wanted but tasted great non the less.
Made from whole wheat flower or whole grain or how ever you say this in English. We have a difference between the super fine white stuff and the less ground , which is this :-)
