Nice to see some facts on this. I think it's a fair workaround. We were in Europe recently and my wife had to cover her shoulders with a scarf in the churches. You know, so that God wouldn't be aroused by her bare naked shoulder.

All (jokes) aside, high speed rides and some modesty clothing is simply going to allow more riders and increase profit. Its all about profit.

“We need to work harder, we need to work faster … we’ve got to play hardball. We know that incrementalism isn’t going to cut it.”

I agree with her there. It'll be interesting to see where this takes them.

She's a sharp, clear thinker. I wish them the best.

Labor, the libs and one nation are all so blatantly corrupt it's sickening.

When I really watch Labour now, after seeing just how beholden they are to gas and mining, and how the revolving door operates (the libs also), they are finished for me.

To have such a level of corruption (as a normal person would rightly call it) on such flagrant display, I'll never vote them again.

So that leaves Gina's lapdog. Not voting for that cess pit.

So that leaves the Greens, and independant representatives.

That's the future for me, and hopefully many others.

I just can't abide that level of blatant corruption any more.

The problem is that businesses are now going to lift their prices and they are going to lift at more than the small percentage that the credit card companies were charging and that they were passing on.

I work in software and we've been dealing with this with our customers for months leading up to it and in our tests not one of them was rising the prices the same amount as their credit card surcharge.

Watching, you will see a credit card surcharge of say 1.2%, but in the end they are rising their prices 2.5 to 3%.

They round up when they rise their price and they don't just round up in cents, they round up in dollars.

So, unfortunately, Albanese did not just save the country billions. He just raised inflation considerably. Watch your mortgage go up and watch the rents rise.

I do work for a software company, and sales is part of my job. And yes, sometimes I get the AI to review a tricky sale. Not usually though.

However, the reality is it takes years and years to build relationships, get into markets, get visibility.

Basically embed yourself into a market. So the product is the easy part. The sale is the hard part.

The reality is the product is the easy part.

Actually selling it, maintaining it, selling more of it and running a profitable business is the hard part.

So the AI makes the product really easy to make, but selling it is the hard part.
