Let's just go forward on the premise they stole everything and thus all output from them is public domain, majority ownership of the AI companies should belong to everyone and use the money it earns from corps who use it to replace workers to pay everyone a universal basic income instead.
I think you should also keep in mind no email provider is 100% safe. I'd trust some to shutdown rather then comply with some demands (like LavaBit did), but I would not bet on any one provider being able to survive the onslaught of late-stage capitalism/fascism.
Tech collectives are usually run entirely by volunteers and funded mainly by donations. Recently one of the best collective run providers, Autistici had to shut down due to being listed as a global terrorist org, once a provider hits that stage of being targeted by the powers that be nothing can really save them.
The real solution is to have more and many tech collectives operating on similar ethical and moral standards so as to make it difficult and impractical to silence them, thats why I tried to list several options. RiseUp has been around for decades and probably is actually "safer" due to being run out of Seattle compared to being run as a shell corp in some odd jurisdiction that lets a corp claim they arent subject to 5-eyes or other spooky tech while happily accepting visa and mastercard payments and maintaining records of all their customers.
Who did you end up moving to? I wouldn't trust any corp that claims to be immune form court orders or interference from national agencies. No one that accepts credit card payments is really outside the reach of the Feds there. I'd rather be with a provider that doesn't try to make false claims about what they can do. If France or the UK can strong arm proton into revealing payment info, I really doubt they'd stand up any better to the USA.
If you are doing activities that might get you in trouble with a nation state please for the love of Schneier just use PGP and stop trusting ANY email provider with your messages.
People who care about this stuff really need to Stop looking to rent seeking corps and start using and funding collective run services with real standards instead or you're just gonna end up repeatedly having to switch providers everytime a CEO or founder gets exposed.
Here are some examples:
Email with open signup
VPNs (free/pay what you can)
application/vetting or invite needed
I've been using and donating to riseup.net for 15 years and have yet to be disappointed by anything they've done or statements made by any members. It might take a few weeks to get an account approved but it's well worth it.
Soon enough they will switch to calling it transcription and not mention the AI aspect due to backlash.
" you cant expect your doctor not to record and transcribe notes 😭 how are they going to treat you if they can't even take notes"
I can see it now.
We need more collective run web services instead of for profit CEO lead advertising conglomerates .
But watch as people learn entirely the wrong lesson yet again and "vote with your wallet" by switching to some other for profit CEO lead corp like tuta.
Every frakking time.
Cock.li is a great email provider, give them a try. Stop trying to find for profit companies that give a shit about anything other than making more money because none of them do.
Where can I bet on none of them going to jail and the eventual fine they pay being the smallest fraction of their profits?
Well that combo doesn't seem like the most absurd mix to me but I've had a moment or 2 like that myself around learning the existence of some other products that no one asked for.
I for one can't wait to see how democrats will snatch failure from the jaws of victory on this one. Can they impeach him 2 more times with zero consequences?
I setup some tools for my own personal use but its open for anyone else who wants to use it.

Firehawk52 has a website for sharing of cookies to deezee and qobuz.
Is there a source repo for this?
I got mine setup with a physical keyboard so I could do terminal stuff and ssh to my other machines. Haven't tried a monitor yet but my guess is you'd need to break the VR setup completely for a monitor to work normally, I could be wrong but I don't think it would be very practical, like you could dual boot VR or Monitor but not both at the same time.
I might look into this more later, I don't have any adapters to test with at the moment but it does seem like something should be possible.
