@doomsdayrs Feel the roof of your mouth with your tongue after you yawn - it will be a little bit cool to the touch, because of its thermal conductivity. Also, if you have a yawn attack, but are not sleepy - eat something cold, like ice cream. This is according to the University of Albany research.youtube.com/watch?v=jGIbUK4nw00

@doomsdayrs probably, to regulate brain temperature. There is a theory on yawning that its purpose may be brain cooling. So, the roof is basically a thermal interface.

@doomsdayrs Money is just one of the issues. You'd have to leave everything and, more importantly, everyone you know, your whole social context, behind. It's not easy to do, especially when you're an adult with friends, family, romantic partners and responsibilities. You can't just pack them all up with you, as they have the same problem, just one level down. And if you don't have the means to travel frequently from one country to another, you might just as well leave for another planet. Sure, electronic communication exists, but it's not a substitute.

@communism > Some people get turned on seeing topless menIf someone sees my torso and gets aroused, why is it my problem? Moreover, why is this even a problem at all? You get hots from other people? Congratulations, you're human. All of this is such a non-issue. And it's just to keep women down.@Wahots

Our final total score on @skg.Now, we wait. It's out of our hands now. That doesn't mean, however, we have to sit on our butt!Europeans, there's discussion on Digital Fairness Act. Throw a couple of (euro)cents in there, it's an initiative adjacent to ours, so there's a good potential for cross-pollination, where we all benefit.ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-r

It's not over yet!We still need a safety buffer to offset errors and outright fakes. Also, if we really wish to go above and beyond, we still need to rile up support from folks in the countries currently under threshold.stopkillinggamestracker.pages.Bulgaria and Slovenia are really close, I think they're basically there. But if Luxembourg, Cyprus and Malta get with the program and surpass the threshold, I think that'd indicate the unanimous support for the campaign and universal disdain for destroying art, which is going to be harder to ignore and sweep under the carpet.Sign now!!eci.ec.europa.eu/045/public/#/@skg

WE DID IT!!!Just a mere week ago this movement was about to fail miserably.Seven days and one youtube drama later, you folks proceeded to completely wipe out the European petition and rip a UK petetion a new one. This is historic. We're making history right now. This doesn't automatically mean we've won, mind you. It just means that we're just starting to fight back. There's a long road ahead. Also, reaching the million doesn't mean we have to stop signing. A good chunk of these signatures is going to be invalidated, because bureaucracy. This is a government petition, and they'll have to check the signatures. There's bound to be some mistakes and screwups in the validation process. We should know better than anyone that there's no kill like overkill. So any additional signatures are not just surplus - they go into fireproofing that thing.@skg P.S. 2 piratesoftware and the likes: die mad you salty bitch.
