I am going to recommend AzireVpn, I used to be a customer and was very happy, but switched to proton some years ago because I had my email with them. Not sure if their apps are open source and if they have browser extensions though.

What benefits? Are there any benefits so far? It's taking people's jobs away, uses massive amounts of water and electricity, stealing everything creative the human race has produced, is most likely creating a financial bubble and is robbing many professions from ever having an experienced work force, due to no entry level jobs.

Yup, routinely use different techniques to run Linux on my work laptop. I've been at places where they have official support for Linux distros, with AD integration through services like sssd. I've also been at places where running a virtual Linux machine was possible, others where I was allowed to unlock secure boot temporarily to be able to to add a new signed binary for a Linux distro, running on a USB stick.

Currently listening through the dungeon crawler Carl series with the missus, we're currently on the dungeon anarchist's cookbook. On my own, I've just started the blacksmith's son, the first book in the mageborn series.

Hello selfhosters, I'm currently in the process of doing recon for hardware upgrades in my homelab (bad timing, I know). It's been some time since I did this the last time and every hardware website I've checked so far, either don't have any mini pcs, nucs or similar, or they have zero information about the hardware.

Are there any good sites for selfhosted hardware? I prefer European sites if there are any, but at this point I'll take anything I can get.
