The best thing my psych told me is a mental disorder is only a disorder if it gets in the way of you living a quality life. You not feeling the need /want for a larger dose means its effective and you're consistent in taking it. I've been on my current dosage for a while now and don't really feel the need to up it, and that's fine with me. A lot of ADHD meds are amphetamines and the less you can take the better probably. I'm possibly having to deal with high blood pressure as a side effect and that's no fun.

TL;DR listen to your body and if it's saying your good then your probably good. Do talk with your psych about it though.

I'm in the same boat. If all my email aliases get stolen though it's not a huge loss for me. Now their password manager (which I also have a lifetime subscription for) is something I'm going look into a self-hosted solution. Although the only self hosted part would be syncing some file they lives locally on my machine.

If you want to be 100% sure no data is being collected by your headphones your nest bet is going to be going back to wired. I assume that is not an answer you want but anything that uses a Bluetooth connection can be used as a vector to collect data on you. The only thing I can think of is either having your data off while using them, but that's probably just postponing the data collection. Do you have a source on what data is being collected? Would be much easier to find places you can help reduce the amount of data being collected.
