that constant noise you hear from those big giant buildings with the power generators... it's not the cooling systems, it's all the shredders.
it’s much like the protests against the masks in Covid
'ai' is not the masks in this scenario, it is the fucking virus.
provisional ballots are the ones that get the most scrutiny before being included in the tally, too.
president pro tempore is the position that is customarily (since the 1940s) given to the most senior senator representing the majority party, and 'officially' chosen by the entire chamber. that position is the one that is third in line (behind vp and house speaker) for the white house, and the one that fills-in for the vp for senate duties (except tie-breaking votes) when the vp is absent.
the majority leader is chosen by the members of the majority party only. they speak for and represent the party and their office also deals with administrative and scheduling duties, including controlling the flow of legislation through the chamber. it is considered the most powerful position in congress.
then a super majority of both chambers of congress has the final say.
they are. clearly visible in the full-sized image.
"but it's a dry cold"
not quite. the 25th doesn't remove the president from office, it just strips power and duties and gives them to the vp, now 'acting president'. the 25th also has a higher bar to successfully transit congress and requires the active participation of the vp.
