My take on it is that AI has been thrusted into everyone's face without need or want and with no consideration to original content developers that the AI was trained on. There then became a use case where it allowed access to previously locked down corporate products. Within the span of weeks, this access has now been blocked /removed. This highlights that corporations will always protect corporations (AI didn't give a shit about creative commons). When individuals push back the response is "suck it up, you should appreciate it" when it impacts a corporations bottom line or IP then there's immediate changes. This forecasts that AI is not for value or benefit of people but of corporations.

Is there an easy way to do that ? I often think about all the random libraries and crap I've downloaded over time.. auto remove doesn't really clean anything up but if I look through the apt list I've got no idea what's a dependency of what.

Welp, after looking through Wikipedia I still can't find anything about a cranberra bomb. Unless you mean firebombing? The ambassador was removed after events in Sydney and Melbourne? You're talking at me like I'm an idiot for not knowing these events..

It seems like a bit of a stretch to say Australia has had a problem with anti-semitism for centuries considering as the country is hardly centries old. As a genuine question, how does this antisemitism appear / impact day to day life ?

we do have a very real problem with anti-Semitism

Do we? I personally find there's much more racism towards indigenous/Muslim/African cultures than Jewish. I've honestly never really seen it.. but I'm not from a major city

I have noticed it's not uncommon for there to be quite a few posts around self hosting security, especially with any services that would be public facing. I was thinking security is (or should be) a core component of self hosting and was wondering if it would be worth a resource wiki would be beneficial on the sidebar under resources? At least for some 101 security guides/resources

Hi, Just wondering if Someone can help me out. I previously downloaded PIA but have uninstalled it some time ago with the sudo apt purge. However, I've now found that there is still ongoing network activity through the Pihole. I've attempted to look through the DPKG --list as well as the apt list which does gave "pia/noble 3.107-2build" (however purge states there is no pia installed), but can't seem to uninstall PIA any further. Does anyone know how I can further uninstall any packages so that this is no longer occurring? For now ive blocked access through pihole.

    Many thanks in advance!

I'm a hobbyist and butcherer of python code. Quite often i'm jumping between multiple laptops / desktops playing around with different projects. Just wondering what the best workflow is or suggestions people have around syncing projects so I can edit and work on projects regardless of the computer. Is this something that people generally manage through github?? Thanks in advance for the thoughts!
