I'm no expert, can only repeat what I was told... that E do not work without getting rid of T. As having T nullify E, that's why transmasc do not need any blockers of their natural E, they just get T, and the T override E, job done. Maybe with enough amount of E, natural amount of T wouldn't do the thing? But that big amount of E wouldn't be risky on other aspects? My source on that is only rumoured. Personally, Quick research points that mono E have weaker/partial effects only, if that's what You want, then maybe? I wouldn't risk it without asking the doc first.
