Yes, they can impeach (put Trump on trial) but they cannot remove him from office. They would need a supermajority of the Senate for that. Trump has already been impeached twice.

The only threat the Democrats have is to make the impeachment trial a public affair and present evidence of Trump's wrongdoing. They cannot force him to testify under oath due to the Fifth Amendment. It will not do much good since Trump is not allowed to run for reelection.

She has limited time and her son was getting good grades. She assumed that he had it covered (since that is what the report cards said). Why micro-manage the child if he was keeping up with his classes? She assumed that she could do more good for her kid by working on the PTA.

Yes, that was the plan all along. Uber intended to be a robotaxi company, but self-driving car technology was not ready. They launched with human drivers to build up market share. The plan was always to funnel profits from ride-shares into self-driving cars and then start replacing human driven cars with robots, where it would be profitable.

It is troubling that Haliburton gets back from 16 months away from basketball and immediately starts having injury issues. I would assume that he recovered from his Achilles injury at the end of last season but, since the team was already tanking, he took his time working himself back into shape over the last 6 months.

Did he spend the last 16 months confined to bed rest and go straight from the hospital to training camp? Was the plan for him to play himself back into shape?

As someone who has lived in New England for the last 30 years, I have to tell you that that description is bullshit.

The old man who runs the dump keeps his hand of glory in a Red Sox glass. The Bruins mug belongs to his son.

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book will sell for $60 in the eShop and will have an MSRP of $70 for the physical cartridge.

An opmist would say that it is $70 game and they are adding a $10 discount for buying it digitally. A pessimist would say that it is a $60 game and there is a $10 fee for the plastic cartridge.

TL;DR: R-Type Dimensions III is switching from a Game Key Card release to having the full game on the card. Because of this, the physical release MSRP is increasing by €10. They will honor the old price for existing pre-orders.

Initially, the publisher said that this was made possible by the new smaller capacity cartridges that Nintendo just announced. Later, they updated the press release to remove any references to cheaper cartridges and instead said that Nintendo did not announce anything.

I am looking for a home strength routine which is more than just a list of exercises but also includes guidance about when and how much to increase my load. I know that there is a guidance of "Just increase the load once you get comfortable with it" but that does not work for me because I assume I am taking it too easy, increase the load too often, and end up with a lot of messy notes, workouts I cannot complete, and constantly thrashing back and forth between different levels.

I am fine with a fitness routine that is a document, like Couch to 5k or 100 Pushups or an app, assuming it is priced reasonably for my use case.

Desired level: I am not looking to get super buff, just enough to keep my muscles healthy Duration: 30 minutes 2 or 3 times per week, so I can alternate it with cardo Equipment I have: adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench

An etiquette question for the community: if you attend a game night at your friendly local game store, how much do you buy from the store?

Obviously, game store is not (just) hosting board games to give people a place to hang out and have fun. They are doing it to attract new customers and get people to buy games. If many people come but no one spends, the store might decide that they need to cancel the event and schedule more CCGs and minis. So how often do you buy a game at your local store to express your gratitude for the owners letting you use their space?
