Never been very competitive in games, so cheating to win against other people was never something I've felt compelled to do.

But in single player games, all the time! XP earning multipliers in Pokémon, house ruling Arkham Horror so Investigators can interleave their Actions in any order, starting Sims with all the money! Editing a save file to resurrect that one NPC I might've killed for being too snarky in etc etc.

I wish I could cheat more in computer games, honestly!

I'm on Pixel 8 "amateur" and even then it isn't worth it for me.

Back then Steam didn't even support my local currency, but that changed the same year.

So nice to finally have a self-sufficient Itch client in Linux. I wish the Steam shortcuts support worked for me though... I still want to use Game Mode on the Deck

On a complete tangent, has anyone gotten the new Steam shortcuts creation to work yet? I just get the "could not find 'itch' program to point shortcuts to" or something similar each time... The bug report hasn't gotten any responses yet either.

The new hostwide flag is very convenient. It probably won't work for me because I'm sticking to stock SteamOS for now, and it's very immutable. But I'm giving it a try asap!
