I'm sure in addition it probably helps that there's probably a fairly large group of people that come into the furry community specifically _ to _ explore their gender or sexuality right? I imagine all of that has a lot to do with why there seems to be so much overlap yeah.

I was making a wordplay joke using the "older" meaning for queer where it meant "strange" rather than what it's come to mean today. Not necessarily putting furries under the queer umbrella.

That said if I didn't literally know a cis straight furry I'd think they didn't actually exist because every one of the like dozen others that I know is gay or trans.

Idk I'm still mad about all the "Allies" that have tried to take the A away from Ace people. Hell, I've had a concerning number of queer people try to tell me that I didn't count as queer because "Non-binary isn't Real" and Asexual isn't part of LGBTQIA+ because the A stands for "Ally"

I mean depending on who you ask I'm sure they'd consider furries to be at least one definition of queer.

Back when I used to work retail part of my job when I'd work closing was verifying the manager's count for the cash that we'd them have to walk across the street to the bank to deposit. So I'm nowhere near as good as a bank teller, but I got pretty good at counting out bills quickly. Even I could bang out that in like 30 seconds assuming all I'm doing is counting out a hundred ten dollar bills. If it's gotta go through a counting machine first? Yeah probably another 20 ish seconds on top of that?

Pretty much. The people that cooked up that attack literally think "If I had unrestricted access to the ladies room, this is what I'd be doing" and therefore that's what everyone else must think too. These people can't fathom anyone thinking differently than they do.

It's probably mostly your faves in them!" and they couldn't deal with the answer being "Why would I care about that?" because to the people at the top it was only ever something to attach Democrats with, they didn't actually want them out. I have had to like... realign one of the bumpers once after one of their drops actually now that you mention it.

Nothing was broken that I could see, the button just wasn't lined up fully so it wasn't clicking properly where it was supposed to. Went back to working just fine once I put it back together after giving the button a little nudge with the screwdriver.

I'm honestly pretty impressed with how sturdy it is. To have the only thing that's failed be a charging port in two years of letting at the time 4 year olds use the things regularly is pretty impressive.
