I could see it personally. Targeting systems, bigger heavier equipment capabilities, nimbleness over odd terrain. The only obvious oversight is that drones exist now and are a much more valid platform, just in larger numbers. The extra power required for all the bs could be better utilized for drone batteries, the weapons could be mounted on vehicles. Seems a bit unnecessary but for maybe a few niche scenarios

If Jeffries wasn't bought and paid for and eas instead just extremely stupid and out of touch he'd at least be right about something. It takes effort to be this incompetent.

I use pro, kinda depends on how far back you go. 8-8.2 was the last time I remember feeling like it was uniformly bad under pro licensing.

Self driving cars have the same issue that doctors have, which is liability. US is not the ideal nation for them. I think electric cars are pretty undeniably the future though. Brushless torque is hard to beat, although I think there's going to be a place on the road for combustion for a very long time from now, maybe 50 years+

I remember back during the discourse before Trump joined the race Vivek had a tendency to act like he was Trump and could therefore get away with stuff like this. It was made clear to everyone then that he did not have that sort of power but yet he continues to pretend he does. I think there must be something that short circuits in your brain when you become a billionaire. Probably mislead that while he could get into inner circles because his money, the Republicans will never accept a brown person. Candace being as close as you can get. For her I think it's because she has resolve none of the other tokens have.

If migrants really were as bad as these demons portray them as then they'd invite them to stay and roll out the red carpet. Case in point: Elon, Jair, Flavio. The only counter point is the Bugatti guy and iirc that was Florida who brought down the hammer, not fed.

I think "comedians" who predominantly punch down to trans people and then soften to billionaire pedophile rapists simply because it'd be punching up are probably less deserving of a time slot in your week than just about anyone. Cowards aren't very funny, surely there's enough real comedians in the land of free speech to piss off better targets, like Stavros or Adam Friedland.

“As a kid in a wheelchair, I faced my share of bullying. It’s why I believe that no Iowan should face discrimination. As a Paralympian, I also know it’s important to have rules. It’s why I oppose males competing in female sports, something that is already illegal in Iowa. I’m against taxpayers paying for sex changes too. Anyone tells you any different is lying. I’m Josh Turek. I approve this message. It’s time to stop the nonsense from both extremes and start to focus on lowering costs for Iowans.”

What a disgusting piece of shit. You are the bully, you just found some people easier to bully than yourself and like the feeling.

To those shaming people for daring to criticize a democrat: There's a difference between vote shaming and criticism of someone who hates you. Telling trans folks they can't be hurt by things like this because Republicans want to lynch them is some pussy shit. Try just once to imagine being in their shoes. Both doors close on you, and those who still have one open door won't even let you grieve your basic human rights. Criticism is the least these invertebrate "leaders" are owed.

For a long time any room I'm familiar with, whether it be at home, work, or a friend/family members house, I always flip up on the light switch or press the on button every time I enter, even if it's already on. Especially in the bathrooms. Is this a neurotic thing similar to OCD or does everyone do this when they're not paying attention?

Went to enterprise and rented a car that had literally 4 leaking tires and they filled them all up to 55 psi before handing the car over. This photo was taken after the 30 minute drive home.

Called and took the car back in for service only to get the same car, same 55 psi on all wheels, and same major leak in the rears. Went to another enterprise location to get a normal car instead 2 days later. Really took me back to my first car, but it's a lot less fun when it's not even yours and the "fix" is just dangerous overpressure.

See box that looks like it's 3/4 ripped in half from stacking damage:

"Looks good to me, send it off."

Ended up ordering it from Phillips for cheaper on sale, turns out it's not too hard to avoid Amazon altogether and a bonus for the company's reputation being important to the ones picking/packaging the product. Hard to blame the Amazon worker though, they don't get paid enough to care.
