It's still such an astonishing video. He opens his mouth to say some hateful Charlie Kirk thing, like someone put fresh batteries into a particularly nasty toy, and pop pop, fizz fizz, oh what a relief it is. I didn't know much about him because I'm not American and try to ignore this kind of thing, but it was almost elegant in its simplicity.
Have you ever read I'm Glad My Mom Died?
We weren't talking about it until she left, later on. We all showed up and pretended to wish her well, and later on little by little we've realized how we all actually disliked her and she made us miserable. She triangulated us into it.
Nobody wanted her there it turns out, and they just weren't admitting it to themselves. But it seemed wrong to not do anything. We took up a collection and paid for her to eat and got her a gift, and paid our own bills for our meals. It didn't amount to much of anything really.
Taking photos with her was weird though, there's a photo of us together and all I am thinking in my head is all the awful shit she did to me.
It really has been, as weird as it was to end that way. I really don't know why she's like that, she's really one of those people who won't be honest about themselves and actually let you get to know her, but wants to know all your business. It really was much harder than we all acknowledged.
I just love these skits.
I worked at a non-union hospital for years and then it became union. Things improved so much for me. I hope you get there, it's not perfect but at least you're not just living at the whims of your manager.
Or Windows 7, it was great.
This is why I'm in a union. I don't always find it entirely helpful, but at least they have to toe the line.
If you use Google just type -AI after your search and it removes the AI.
My manager refused to get us a new fridge for our lunches when the ancient one we had died. 10K bonus a year though, she collected that.
When we don't have Doug Ford things are nice, it is nice to visit.
