I'm really excited to finally see some videos about it! The feedback has been sounding pretty great so far. I think this will be my cue to boot into Windows again and give it a shot once this makes it to live.

Nothing new here I don't think. Ukraine has always said they are open to an energy ceasefire. If the orange fuckwit wants it to happen he'll have to get Putin's dick out of his mouth for long enough to beg him to agree to it.

I'm still obese and have way too much fat but I was just really excited to see this result. The bar representing which segment of the population you belong to is meant to be highlighted and I thought it was broken at first until I looked really closely at the bottom right! Just feeling really validated because I look in the mirror and still just see a fat dude but it's nice to have some confirmation that I have made a lot of progress. Good luck to anyone else doing body recomposition, we can do this!

For some context to the question if you're interested. I picked up strength training a while ago which has been an amazing habit, you go to the same place, do the same stuff every time, feel good afterwards and you can spend hours watching videos / reading articles about it.

But I've noticed that when something changes, like I'm in a hotel and need to use their gym, I get really stressed out and can avoid going. I don't have any strategies for dealing with this, when it comes up it's pretty much a coin toss as to whether I'll be able to push through it or just avoid the whole situation which is better than I used to be but still not great.

Just wondering if any smart folks out there had found good ways to overcome or at least work around this.
