Jackie Chan is 71... Bit late for a sequal?

Also. Those movies did not age well. It's essentially Chris Tucker being a racist sex pest in every movie. It's kinda off putting. Only one woman in the series escapes tuckers sexual advances and that was because in the story she was related to Jackie's character.

Dude it's a movie... It's silly, it's fun, it's over the top. The first one is awesome as hell. You make it sound like he's got full on rape scenes in the movie 😂

Tucker is obnoxious in the movies and frequently gets put in his place by the women.

Yes it's a movie. There are lots of movies. I just prefer the ones with complete characters. For example, him in the fifth element is a more flushed out character that goes through a level of personal growth. Him being a sex pest in that movie makes sense and isn't in every shot trying to get a pussy. In these movies tho. Dudes while character is Black man 6 can't stop lusting after Asian women. Even if he knows said Asian woman is say giving him a massage as part of her job, or she's actively trying to kill him and he knows she's a human trafficking mass murderer he's out her just talking about how their sex would be great.

Take Will Smith's character in bad boys. He's a ladies man that isn't afraid to shoot his shot to get laid but that's not his whole character. They even address the stereotype of "Black men are sexually aggressive" in one movie on how a misconception can ruin friendships and destroy lives. I'm just saying. Watch black man be unbelievably inappropriate when you're friends close family members has been sex trafficed by the chinese mob. So funny.

This movie sequel will be mandated by Trump's Freedom-of-Speech Certified (TM) state media critics, to recreate the Jackie Chan saying the N word scene, in order to be approved. /j

    Trump approved? It'll be yuge!

Damn Jeffy, you gonna share those underaged girls?

Edit: Ugh, let me explain the joke. Chris Tucker was on Epstein's plane multiple times and was a huge supporter of Michael Jackson. Donald Trump was a good friend of Epstein. Brett Ratner was credibly accused of sexual assault multiple times. Donald Trump now wants to make Rush Hour 4.

...Does anyone even want this? Even if we ignore the controversies (like Jackie Chan serving on the CPPCC, Chris Tucker flying to Epstein's island, and Brett Ratner harrassing a dozen women we know about), who actually looks at Rush Hour 3 and waits 18 years for a sequel?

Orange dementia patients want it and if he read what you wrote, he’d want it even more.

For context, Jackie Chan is 71.

The studio will find a way to quietly torpedo this monstrosity. Trump's dementia can't lock onto an idea for more than a week, he'll be saying this was a dumb idea next month.

Remember how the last one ended with the heroes double-punching the paedophile Roman Polanski?

Why does this administration only seem to help people with credible sexual misconduct allegations?

On the one hand, I enjoyed the first three and would gladly watch a fourth. On the other, there's no way I'm giving money to this creep. Yo ho ho...

It's been 18 years and we are just now getting the 4th installment of the franchise? This has failure written all over it. Chan is 71, Tucker is 54. Get ready for a slow-motion action film...

agreed, especially with CHAN trying to be part of the CCP politburo and failed.

It's unlikely he'll ever be allowed to join the CPC due to his past adultery and his son's drug use, they have pretty strict character requirements. It isn't like an American political party where any idiot can become leader.

Remember like a decade ago when Jackie Chan said he was retiring from action so he could be taken seriously as a real actor?

That didn't really work out for him now did it

He's been amazing in more dramatic roles many times. Watch "The Foreigner (2017)," "Shinjuku Incident (2009)," and "New Police Story (2004)."

That said, he's had issues - cozied up to the Xi regime, issues with alcohol and drunk driving, a son in frequent trouble with the law where Daddy bailed him out... So you have to hold his nose a bit to watch movies. And he's clearly got a bit of the Nic Cage in him where he can do some great stuff, but also doesn't seem to say no to anything, so he does a lot of trash movies.

Chan always had a rule "no guns". It was about the martial arts.

But then he did a film (Vanguard) for the CCP that was garbage. He walked around shooting guns and "captain China" pulled some bullshit out of a hat after being shot 8 times. Also random CGI lion and lady. Jackie was horrible in it. The plot sucked and it was textbook crap movie.

Worst film I've seen this decade. The reviews are hilarious because clearly someone didn't like it bombing so they paid a bunch of nationalist idiots to say good stuff about talking points they were given.
