Do you use your custom domain email address for all your accounts? (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

For those of you who use an email address with a custom domain name, like first@firstlast.com, do you use that email address for every online account you create? It seems weird to me to do that if the email address is also my professional address and the domain is used for my professional/portfolio website, but maybe I'm overthinking it.

I use me@mydomain.com as my primary, contact@mydomain.com publicly, and storename_or_servicename@mydomain.com for stores or services
