Okay, but 2/3 of those items listed in the image above, and in the previous one that circulated aren't mentioned in any articles I've seen discussing the breakdown. For example, jurisdictional preemption on critical minerals hasn't been mentioned anywhere.

Additionally, the article you linked it vague as to the problems with the cancon streaming requirements and which were the sticking point, but the infographic above makes a bunch of claims about which ones they wanted dropped/changed without any sources providing that level of detail.
