Almost. God forced humanity into making that mistake. He deliberately withheld the ability to develop morality, so they literally could not know it was wrong. The omniscient creator of all things must have known he could have set things up differently and how it would have played out. The omnipotent creator of the universe could have made things any other way. Humanity's fall, according to Christian mythology, was an act of ultimate deliberation.

One of the better aspects of it is that it decentralizes power and cooling. When everyone has to juice up their own GPU and deal with the noise it makes in their office, you remove a lot of the problems related to the data center chewing up enormous amounts of electricity and water (or rather, if lots of people did that, it would target that problem). And that's a lot more tolerable than giant data centers increasing the local temperature and chugging down the municipal water supply. Problem being that GPUs are now way too expensive. This will be a more approachable model when the bubble bursts (I hope).

I remember watching so many movies that I had either taped off television or scraped from one VHS to another. I had a double feature of Krull and Logan's Run. I watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit? anytime I wanted. The Empire Strikes Back had been briefly taped over with a few minutes of a Who's the Boss episode, such that I never saw the scene where Luke hides in an animal carcass until those movies were rereleased in the... late 90s I think? I had cassette mix tapes with songs taken from radio or my dad's record collection.

I don't think they're boot licking, I just think they're showing this is an argument that boot lickers make about cops. They're saying you can make the same argument here for Luigi, showing that the back-the-blue types make that argument hypocritically.
